    We know from research done in the field of Positive Psychology that gratitude increases our sense of well-being. So, how do you practice gratitude? In her book the How of Happiness, Sonja Lyubomirsky talks about making a practice work for you. While there has been research on having a daily gratitude practice, that may not be the right option for you. Some people have a weekly practice, some people keep a journal but write in it when the mood strikes them, other people have a gratitude reflection practice where they spend some time each day thinking about what they are grateful for.
